These impurities give Aluminium Oxide a unique balance of hardness and toughness. The hardness is sufficient to meet the grinding needs of common metals and some non-metallic materials, and the toughness makes it not easy to break when subjected to large grinding forces, ensuring the durability of the flap discs. At the same time, the cost is relatively controllable, with a high cost-effectiveness, and it is widely used in various basic grinding scenarios.
Efficient grinding ability: Aluminium Oxide particles have high hardness.
