Usage

When using non-woven abrasive cloth, pay attention to the following points:

• Choose the right tool: Usually used with angle grinders, belt grinders and other equipment, ensure that the tool matches the abrasive cloth to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adjust the working pressure: Avoid excessive pressure, maintain gentle and uniform grinding force, and reduce damage to the workpiece.
• Control the speed: Non-woven abrasive cloths of different grain sizes are suitable for different speeds. Coarse-grained abrasive cloths usually require lower speeds, while fine-grained abrasive cloths are suitable for higher speeds to help achieve a delicate polishing effect.

Storage method

In order to ensure the long-term performance of non-woven abrasive sheets, the correct storage method is very important:

• Avoid moisture: Non-woven abrasive sheets should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture that may cause abrasive performance degradation.
• Store away from light: Avoid exposing non-woven abrasive sheets to strong sunlight, as ultraviolet rays in sunlight will accelerate the aging of the material.
• Keep away from high temperatures: Avoid exposing the flap discsto direct sunlight or high temperatures during storage. Excessive temperature may cause the performance of the flap discs to deteriorate.
