Flat type and conical type

1.  Flat type (T27):

   ◦ It presents the appearance of a classic round sheet with a flat edge. This shape is very useful in large-area flat grinding tasks, such as polishing of metal precision thin plates and surface treatment of solar photovoltaic panels. It is easy to install and fits tightly to flat workpieces. When rotating at high speed, the grinding pressure is evenly distributed, effectively avoiding local over-grinding and ensuring that the entire plane obtains a consistent smooth effect. It is widely used in electronics, new energy and other industries.

   ◦ During the operation, the flat edge touches the workpiece over a large area, and the heat generated during grinding is relatively dispersed, which is conducive to controlling the temperature of the workpiece. It is particularly suitable for grinding heat-sensitive materials or workpieces with strict requirements on thermal deformation, ensuring stable and reliable processing quality.

2.  Conical type (T29):

   ◦ The edge is a unique reverse bend, similar to the edge of an inverted bowl. It is specially designed to overcome the grinding difficulties in narrow areas such as complex inner corners, grooves, and deep holes. When grinding the fine inner cavity of the mold and the complex structure of the root of the aero-engine blade, the reverse edge can be flexible and deep, accurately reaching every subtle corner, ensuring all-round grinding without dead ends, so that the overall performance and appearance of the workpiece meet high standards.

   ◦ In the reverse edge form, the contact angle between the sand grains and the workpiece is diverse, which can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual grinding needs. It is very easy to finely grind irregular curved surfaces and carved parts, such as the later finishing of high-end handicrafts and high-end watch cases, showing its exquisite craftsmanship adaptability.

Application Industry
