Instructions for use

1. Installation: Install the flexible flap discs on the angle grinder or other suitable grinding equipment, and ensure that the flap disc is firmly and stably fixed on the equipment.
2. Adjust the grinding angle: Adjust the angle and speed of the grinding equipment according to the material and surface requirements to be processed. Avoid too high a speed to prevent excessive wear of the flap discs or damage to the workpiece due to overheating.
3. Apply force evenly: During the grinding process, maintain uniform pressure and do not concentrate force to prevent the flap disc from failing or uneven grinding results.
4. Regular inspection: Regularly check the wear of the flap disc and replace the severely worn flap disc in time to ensure the processing quality.

Precautions

1. Wear protective equipment: Wear safety goggles, earmuffs, gloves and other protective equipment during use to avoid injuries caused by splashing grinding chips.
2. Avoid overload: Do not force the equipment to work beyond the recommended load to avoid equipment damage and shortened tool life.
3. Appropriate pressure: Avoid applying excessive pressure during grinding. Excessive pressure will cause the flap disc to wear too quickly and increase operational risks.
4. Keep the working environment clean: Keep the workplace clean, clean up the dust and grinding chips generated by grinding in time to avoid affecting the grinding effect and equipment operation.
