Usage

  1. Tool adaptation: Select the appropriate power tool according to the flat or reverse typeshape, size and precision requirements of the zircon flap disc. Flat flap discfor large-area surface grinding can be matched with high-power, high-speed angle grinders to give full play to their efficient grinding capabilities; for conical flap disc, especially for tasks that require fine grinding of internal angles and grooves, small, flexible and speed-controlled straight grinders should be selected to facilitate precise control and penetrate into complex parts. Ensure that the tool spindle matches the flap disc mounting hole and is firmly installed.
  2. Installation points: Be sure to shut down and turn off the power before installation, align the flap discwith the tool spindle and gently insert it, and then use the matching wrench to tighten the fixing nut. For flat flap disc, pay attention to ensure its flatness during installation to avoid tilting; for conical flap disc, ensure that the direction of the curved edge is correct. After installation, you can simply turn the tool to check whether it is concentric to prevent eccentricity from causing violent beating during grinding, affecting the grinding accuracy and tool life.
  3. Parameter control: Reasonably adjust the tool speed and grinding pressure according to the hardness of the material of the grinding object and the goals of the grinding stage.   2. Storage method
