Resin Cutting Disc Production Upgraded

In 2025, with the continued growth of overseas customer orders, THX Abrasives‘ resin cutting disc and grinding disc for metal export business entered a stage of rapid development. The existing equipment is difficult to meet customer order needs. To further enhance delivery capabilities and product stability, we have recently expanded and upgraded our production line, adding three high-efficiency automated pieces of equipment that have been debugged and are now in official production. The goal is simple: to deliver better discs, faster — with higher consistency and more customization flexibility.

The main specifications of these three equipment are 115 cutting discs, 125mm metal cutting disc, and grinding disc 7 inch – 6 inch. The thickness of the 115 cutting discs can be customized to be 1.0/1.2/1.6/3mm. Same as 125mm. For the grinding disc 7 inch – 6 inch, the thickness is 6mm (1/4″).
